Dogbones Network Inc. accepts orders for stock and custom products.
How to Order
Stock products are usually available when ordered. If the product is stocked by Dogbones Network, its item# starts with a "S".
Some stock products are represented by third party vendors within the network. Orders are placed directly with the vendor.
Custom orders would be considered any personalized or custom made item. Inquiries and proposals on stationery, forms, calligraphy and some other products will require a phone call or email on your specifications. In some cases, a proof will be provided or available online for your approval. We may receive these inquiries by phone, fax or the forms on our web site.
Only after you, our client, and a member of the Dogbones Network team are satisfied that all aspects of your inquiry are met, will an inquiry become an order. RFPs, RFQs, and questions on custom orders are considered inquiries until you approve the details and place the order.
We require guaranteed payment on all custom orders when the order is placed.
Credit cards are charged when the work is shipped.

 | By Phone When inquiring by phone, please call our toll-free number 866-616-1590 during regular business hours. If we’re exceptionally busy, you will be asked to leave a message. Please do because we will return your call. Be sure to leave your name, a phone number with area code and a short description of the item that you’re considering. |
 | By Fax When ordering by fax, our fax number is (928) 222-6821. Please be sure to include the following information: purchase order number, if applicable, and name of person authorized to purchase, the “ship to” address if different from the “bill to”, your area code and phone number. |
  | Sales Tax For Tennessee residents, the appropriate sales tax will be added to the subtotal, unless exempt documentation is provided prior to shipment. Shipping/Mailing Goods will be shipped via carriers of our choice with shipping, handling, and packaging charges prepaid and added to the invoice. We will provide you with carrier information and tracking number upon shipment. Controlling Law The validity, construction and enforcement of the purchase agreement between Dogbones Network Inc. and the buyer shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Tennessee. Purchases through third party vendors are governed by each company; please read the terms, conditions and policies on each web site for details. |
